- Technical support for our own applications
- Assistance with problems encountered by users, via e-mail, telephone or remote maintenance software
- Documentation of support processes
- Data authoring for 3D catalogs
- Participation in smaller projects, installations for customers and start-ups
Your abilities:
- Affinity to technology
- Good communication skills via telephone and e-mail
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Very good written and spoken English skills
Your language skills:
- English
- German (in word and writing - in other words: business fluent)
