Terms and Conditions
  1. Visitors to area30 who are of legal age are eligible to participate. Employees of eOPUS GmbH and their family members are excluded from participation.
  2. Participation is free and not linked to a purchase. Each person may enter the contest only once.
  3. To participate, you must register by providing your first name, last name, email address, and phone number, as well as indicating whether you are already a customer of eOPUS GmbH.
  4. The time officially recorded by the eOPUS team for successfully completing the eOPUS STUDIOcopyright maze will be used for scoring. The three participants with the fastest valid times will each win one of the prizes on offer. In the event of a tie, the participants in question will compete in a tiebreaker round.
  5. The awards ceremony will take place on Long Tuesday at 7:45 p.m. (Germany/Berlin time zone) on the stage at area30. Winners must be present in person at the awards ceremony. A representative may not accept the prize on their behalf, nor may the prize be sent to them at a later date.
  6. If a winner is not present at the awards ceremony and when their name is called, the right to the prize is forfeited. In this case, the prize will be awarded to the next-ranked person who is present.
  7. Prizes will be awarded in person only. Cash payments, exchanges, transfers, or subsequent changes to the prize are not permitted.
  8. Attempts to manipulate the contest, providing false information, or failing to follow the eOPUS team's instructions may result in disqualification from the contest.
  9. eOPUS GmbH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest early in the event of unforeseeable technical or organizational disruptions.
  10. Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
