Thank you for visiting our website eopus.de and your interest in our company and our offers. Despite careful content control, we do not assume any liability for external links to third-party content, as we have not initiated the transmission of this information, selected the addressee of the transmitted information or selected or changed the transmitted information itself.

The protection of your personal data during collection, processing and use during your visit to our website is an important concern for us and is carried out in accordance with the legal regulations, which you can find out about, for example, under www.bfdi.bund.de.

Hereafter we would like to explain to you which information we collect during your visit to our website and how this information is used:

1. COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE NATURE AND PURPOSE OF THEIR USE

a) When visiting our website

Every time a customer (or other visitor) accesses our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the Internet browser used on your end device (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.). This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file.

The following data is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:
- IP address and host name of the Internet connection used by the requesting computer,
- Name of the retrieved file and amount of data transferred, as well as date and time of the retrieval,
- Description of the type of Internet browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your end device as well as the name of your access provider,
- Location data, including location data from your mobile device. Please note that on most mobile devices, you can control or disable the use of location services in the mobile device's settings menu.

Our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO to collect the data is based on the following purposes: to ensure smooth connection establishment and convenient use of the website, evaluation of system security and stability as well as for other administrative purposes.

Under no circumstances do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

b) When using our contact form

If you have any questions of any kind, we offer you the option of contacting us using a form provided on our website. For non-support requests, the following information is required as a minimum: Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, website - so that we know who the request comes from and so that we can answer it. Further details can be provided voluntarily. Existing customers identify themselves by their license number when using the contact form, so that the contact data already known to us by contract can be used for processing/answering.
The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after the completion of your request.

c) When subscribing to our newsletter

If you have explicitly consented in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter a DSGVO, we will use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time, for example via a link at the end of a newsletter. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe at any time by sending us an e-mail (preferably with the subject line: "Unsubscribe Newsletter").

2. WEBPLANNER - API ACCESS AND PERSONAL DATA

The use of the WEB planner requires communication with an interface (API) provided by us in order to download planner-specific data and to transmit personal data to us in the last step, which is not necessary for testing the WEB planner and is therefore considered voluntary. These are sent to us directly by e-mail for the purpose of a possible contact.

3. TRACKING

We do not perform any personal tracking. In order to optimize and improve our contents, we completely anonymously record how much attention has been given to each website segment. This is achieved by assigning an incrementally increasing value to the touch or mouse position as well as to the HTML element at that position. Each visitor who points to a specific HTML element increases its value without this increase being attributable in any way to any of these visitors. In addition, the page called, the width of the browser window (due to different display types, e.g. mobile) and the scroll depth are also transmitted.

This function does not store IP addresses, host names, browser details, operating system details, location data or any other information that can be traced to specific individuals.

If you enable "Do Not Track" in your browser, the function explained here will be disabled for you.

4. GOOGLE MAPS

Our website uses the product Google Maps by Google Inc. By using our website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of automatically collected data by Google Inc, its representatives and third parties. The terms of use for Google Maps can be found at this link.

5. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We only share your data with third parties if:
- you have given your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO),
- it is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO),
- the disclosure is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO).

In these cases, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum.

Our data protection regulations are in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and the data is only processed in the Federal Republic of Germany / European Union. A transfer to third countries does not take place and is not intended.
